Pilates is one of the few forms of exercises that works from the inside out. Strengthen and tone muscles, work your core, build flexibility, and incorporate cardio exercise – all in under an hour.
Our highly trained instructors will provide you with an evolving a program specifically designed for your goals, whether that’s rehabilitation from injury, enhanced athletic performance, or counteracting general wear and tear on the body. Equipment (Reformer) Pilates provides a well-rounded and highly effective workout that can be tailored to any age or fitness level. Train one-on-one or share a duet session with a friend.
Sanctuary Body also offers small group equipment Pilates classes – a unique offering in Baltimore. Class sizes are limited to three, allowing for lots of personal attention from our instructors, with the camaraderie and affordability of a group class. Students must first complete a minimum of one individual Equipment Pilates session. Class sizes are very limited, so please register and purchase your classes in advance.
To get started, schedule a New Client Consultation. You’ll meet with a trainer who will talk with you about your fitness challenges and goals, and then recommend one or more fitness and bodywork modalities customized just for you. They’ll even take you through a short demo workout!
